here's lavian but i think i made her a little bit too provoking.. maybe thats why she was assaulted by those perverted mages at mandalia plain

Not one bit, that is Perfect! Her look is especially cruel, her clenched fist shows that she is a rather commanding and possessive woman. All the little details are fantastic! The look in her eyes is closd, almost vapid, which is perfect for Lavian's character! Another hit out of the park with this one!

not yet finished work, would like some comments on rad's position, ramza would be kneeling holding a blade of grass, gaf would be in the back looking into the bg

Hmm....I think it may look a bit nicer if Rad is exactly this position, but standing. You know...like those standing up to take a look or something ^^
But this is nice too...Just the way he sit/lean is abit funny. Perhaps one leg stretch and another bend ^^

Very cool! Though what is he sitting on? A stump of some kind? Right now it kinda looks like he's floating. Hopefully we can adapt the completed image so that it'll give off this vibe.

Sir LD, if winshmo will finish it, Then, should I change Agrias and Gafgarion in the title screen
to rad, gaf and ramza, instead?

I think that would fit Mercenaries better.

better? I also added some armor and details as well as gloves seeing mostly all characters in FFT wear gloves..

I sleep for twelver hours, but have I really awoken? These are great! Your attention to detail and expression truly shines through!  The wind is blowing, Rad has a very whimsical look while you can tell Ramza is absorbed in memory, that is looking fantastic!
