Grim Grimoire 0.993 Mission Not Registering as cleared.

I've completed both the Yellow Powerz and Blue Geniuses missions and yet neither of them are being registered as cleared. Does anyone know if this is a bug or intentional? If it is a bug is there a way I can edit my save file to have it registered as complete?
