You need to bring the shoulders down and the clavicale should be pretty flat. You are close.

LOL! The common item is a DUMMY Chirijaden
1PA 1MA 1WP but offers +4 Jump. You cant use the Draw out of the DUMMY Chirijaden or you will take 999 Damage.

But the Rare Chirijaden offers excellent stat boost:
+5PA +5MA +30WP offers +2 Move +2 Speed +2 Jump. The Draw Out version is Black/Red Flames coming out dealing 999 damage to any enemy but it can hit allies also.
