Program for extracting the FFT ISO from disk?

Seems like the right place to ask, anyone have suggestions? And before you suggest I download it, I have dial up, it's a bit too big to be a practical download.

Oh yes here's a list of failed programs.
ISObuster didn't make a ISO
WinISO's free version won't save the file
Magic ISO didn't make a working ISO
BurnatOnce won't fuction properly
Alcohol works for any OS except the one I have
and Folder2ISO locks up when I use it.

Power ISO would be useful had i downloaded the FFT ISO and wanted to burn it to disk or split the file, but seeing as it can't read the CD-DVD-Rom sector of my system is is USELESS

I use ImgBurn for ripping and burning CDs in Windows.
I have confirmed an image ripped with ImgBurn can successfully be opened and patched by FFTPatcher.
