Female Ramza hack?

When wandering through these forums, I saw some references to people hacking gender/sprite/dialogue of Ramza to female, but I can't find a posted hack that does any of that.

Does such a thing exist?

There was no dialogue. Maybe a sprite concept somewhere. No patch
