Hi. Im new. I wan to change my units to (ex: Beatrix sprites with Special Job maybe holy knight or swordsman) can u guys help me..

Where i can download all tools?
And Tutorial for change special job permanently?
And Can i add all equip from Multiplayer Online(correct me if wrong)
