How to multicompile TEST.EVT PSP?

I performed a multi decompile, and in the config.ini file exists the option MultiCompile=0.
I changed to MultiCompile=1 and nothing happened.
It's possible multicompile TEST.EVT PSP? I have no idea how to do.

It's not possible period with just my compiler, sorry. I think it is possible with EasyVent, when they are all separate files in a folder.
