Propositions question

My objective now for the patch i'm making is to make propositions give less money and EXP instead of JP, i know FFTPatcher allows me to edit the money obtained from them, but i can't find a way to make them give EXP replacing the JP obtained, is there a known way that this can be done using another program if it's required, how should i do this ?

* a FFTtorgASM hack file including this would be very welcome *
