Like the subject says im wondering if its possible to make any change on the patchs available on this forum. Like, for an example, i want to modify a specific class from Celia patch.

Of course it is.  Just open up FFTPatcher, find "Open Patched ISO", and you can edit exactly as Celdia or FFMaster or Dome did.
