I asked about this on Discord and ArmoredKori gave me the answer.

For LoadConditionals(x0000), I needed to download to download tools from here: https://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=12781.0

For CDMage, after opening the game's BIN, go to Track 1, go to EVENT, right-click on TEST.EVT, choose "Import File", and select the EVT that you're using.

Help! / Can't finish Nyzer's Event Command Walkthrough (Solved)

I decided to follow Nyzer's guide (https://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=12852.0) in order to learn the basics of event editing. I followed his directions exactly, but when I tried to save the event, EasyVent 2.1 said that "LoadConditionals(x0000) on line 2 does not exist" for some reason. So I deleted that line in order to save and compile the event, hoping that it wouldn't negatively impact things later in the tutorial.

Then, the guide told me to "go into CDMage and import the .EVT.". I downloaded CDMage and opened it, only to realize that I had absolutely no idea how to import an .EVT, since there's no "import .EVT" option that I could find in CDMage.

How do I fix these issues I'm having?
