Final Fantasy Hacktics

Hello! i been searching around the forums and net the last few days but couldnt find anything like my issue.

I open shishi, import iso, and nothing happens.

It's been years since I've done this but I've done it before, ive tried running it in various compatibility modes etc but nothing seems to make it actually function.

I don't get an error message either, i just attempt to load and nothing.
