Help! / Finding a way to fix slowdown for JPN iso

I've been tried to find a patch for JPN wotl iso since a while, but couldn't make it.

I tried Plastik's universal patch http://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=9523.0, but it didn't work either.

Any help? Thanks.
