I've been wondering if there is any way to make the count of days when you travel from one place to another more than one day. eg from igros to mandalia in like two or three days.

Help! / Help! Change age in Character Bio and spillover jp with ASM

This is my first topic so please forgive any possible mistakes 
What i would like to know is how to edit ,if possible, the age of Ramza in Character Bio in the Brave Story. I saw that in Journey of the Five he is aged 18 so i would like to make something like that to make him older.
Also i would like to make the JP spillover like 1-1 for all the chars so they all get the same amount of JP.
