Help! / In-Battle spriting

Okay, so I've quit recently begun changing sprites using Shishi, but it seems that the only sprite edits that are working/show up are the ones for formation planning and the Job Wheel. If anyone more experienced in this field than I could assist, I'd be quite grateful.
