Help! / Q:Special Class for Ramza

Hello i'm new here and my question is maybe what you guys call "noob question" but i really can't find answer for this so first i should apologize.
So . . I want to change my Ramza job to Soldier by use the CWcode and i manage to do so (found on internet) but I can't use any skill of Soldier class at all, Limit skillset gray out and i can't select it even I already learn all the skill already. What should i do? Can someone PLs point me a tutorial or something connect?.
