Help! / Promblems converting saves

hi guys, im having some problems in my psp becouse i cant upgrade my CFW so... i have an EU save and i wanted to convert into a US save...BUT i cant do that in my current CFW.
I would be very veeery thankful if someone could do this for me... would save me 200hours of gameplay!!
