I'm guessing it was intended but the Black Mages growth makes its damage more reliable by level 10. Fire Thunder and Blizzard are worth the mp, but thundara... I'd have to see.

FFTA/FFTA2 Hacking / Level Modding

Is there a patch that allows me to make the level of the enemy relative to the highest level of your clan members(in the same way as in Grim Grimoire)? I'd like to apply it to my own games(i do still play grim grimoire but have suffered a game over i cant get out of).

I'm liking it, sure i got rammed by a basic clan lol.

Thundara damages= to Blizzard ?
Still a waste of mp,the range is a plus. i mean personally do to its range nd mp cost cant it be like 1.35x blizzards dmg?

Blizzard is blizzard.

Fire is alittle better. The damage however barely stacks up by comparison. I just dont use it, even against the elementally weak, its damage is absolutely abysmal, Blizzard works better at taking care of enemies grouped together as i never see 5 enemies grouped together(fire seems more viable to use by your enemies than the players themselves).

Im replaying it ^.^ First Aid is a lifesaver but annoying too.

When are the Level/Shop updates by chance?

Love the Game. But personally the Mage classes at the beginning seem very underpowered. I actually lost the first mission, it took me several times and to change Marche to Archer to finish it(which is perfect, it requires tactical advantage now). I've won maybe 2/7 clan battles. I'm adjustng to the new tiers of the classes available and, as I am stuck with beginner gears, I find that clans generally rape me.

- Issue= the party members who are underleveled cannot level up because they get swarmed by enemy units.

- Black Mage has dismal damage. I'm understanding the need to 'balance' magic. The problem is magic has always in a sense been balanced. MP does not regen so the amount of spells available per battle is miniscule. Mages die very fast(a balancing technique universal in most rpgs), the are of effect/range is modded which is fine. Though Fire has potential to hit a;l enemy units that usually is not the case. On average 2/3 units are in damage range. Fire deals half the avg damage of blizzard. I think it should be more like 7 or 8/10. Blizzard is still a viable option this way, as it does more damage. Thunder does decent damage, but like all magcs has limited use. Thundara is hardly better than thunder, it is almost a waste of mp.
+ increase damaging power of magic, NOT to its original scaling(it can be proven consistenly under/overpowered depending on level)

I'll keep playing

What i mean by 'change' is that using FFTA_Job I can replace the soldier sprite with prince mewt so when he appearrs in battle he is prince mewt(though it doesnt change the portrait)

I've been using Darthatron's job editor to change the jobs and sprites of the classes available, but I have noticed that i cannot change Marche's sprite(I want to make his sprite Mewt). Is there an editor created that can do the job?
