Final Fantasy Hacktics

Hey guys, this is my first post here, hope I'm doing it well

I'm having problems in using some custom sprites (following the tutorial in the documentation section of the main page) together with the FFT+ patch. I can't modify the sprites once I patched the FFT+ to my game (The CDmage can't open the file once it's patched) and when I modified the sprites first and then applied the patch, it became all glitchy, as if It merged the custom sprites with the original ones.


Any clue on how to solve this?
