Help! / Need help please.

Hi, I need help with the Patcher.

1) How to apply a patch? What do I need?(FFTPatcher - v0.168) If it is the outdated one. What Is the latest version?(I'm checking for it right now :D) Anyway please explain the steps to apply the patches with the latest version.

2)I'm playing FF:Tactics(PSX version), can I convert a PSP patch as a PSX patch? if it is possible, how?
