Final Fantasy Hacktics

I need help with Lion Editor. I saved the file attachment unto my PSP but when i go back and save my game to attach the file to my saved game. When i hook my PSP back up to the computer, the Lion Editor won't let me open the file a says that there isn't a USA file on the memory stick dou. Also when I save the file attachment it says to enable the attachment in the recover menu or something. I realy need help. Thanks!!
