Final Fantasy Hacktics

okay so i downloaded some sprites from ffhacktics and not even half of sprites worked i know how to put them in the game with shishi program but when i start the game not all the sprites that i patched showed up during battle for example
i replaced my  squire (male) with warrior spiky hair sprite but when i get into battle they still have there default sprite?! canbody help me??

hint download google toolbar it translate everything thats what i have and it works like a charm

i was reading cidIII's tut. on how to use custom spirtes  i got to the unit,bin and the wildface.bin steps. there confusing and i dont understand it at all can some be nice enough to take screen shots to get me through this part thx
plz help this poor noob
