Well, i always appreciate the differing views. But in this case, that idea doesn't gives any benefits:
I still lose the Chicken slot, and also the Brave-altering abilities.

Maybe you (Myrmidon) can help me anyways. I read some of your post and know that you are a man full of ideas and reasonable opinions.
What do you think about Chicken status? Is only me, or is it a bit ridiculous?
Do you agree on the idea of removing it of a serious patch?

EDITED:On second thought, everyone is invited to comment. I really want to know your opinions.

Well, thanks for answering anyway.
I gonna do that if there isn't an alternative option. But is a pity to lose the status slot.

Maybe more people can be interested in this idea (to replace Chicken with something else), so i still have hope that someone can create an ASM in a non-too-far future.

The matter is this: I don't want Chicken status.

It can be funny at first, but i am thinking in a kinda serious mod type.
Also, i gonna use the marvelous "Brave becomes Fury hack", so low-brave units can be more balanced with high-brave ones. And Chiken status is a nuisance in this case, because ruin that balance making low-brave units vulnerable to low-brave attacks/spells.

My question is: instead of make all the units immune to Chicken, is posible to remove it entirely of the game?
Like the ASM that removes Wall hardcoding and becomes it a blank slot, but for Chicken instead of Wall. So i can use the slot for something else.
I don't know if is harder in this case...

P.S: I wasn't sure about posting this here or in the Help section instead, please forgive if i am wrong.

Thanks for that Kagebungi, i wasn't working on sprites for long, but i did not forget about modding FFT.
I was thinking in new classes, abilities, gear, etc. And i fulfill the planification for some of this things.

My problem is that i am too lazy at the time of completing an entire sprite. I am a "five-frame" spriter i think. Because i get bored when i finish the first five frames of a character, that are enough to show its concept.

I know because of that i posted some incompleted sprites (actually, i'm not the only one here in doing it) , but i will finish all my shit sooner or later. Because i need to do it.

The main reason for still posting my stuff is to keep the things moving on, trying to motivate and inspire other spriters.

Wonderful hack!
This means that you can add an extra skill set depending on an equipped (primary or secondary) skill set???
Examples:
If a unit has Battle Skill equiped, can gain Charge skill set like a bonus? and Steal can gain Throw and Black Magic can gain Math Skill and so on???
I really want an ASM/workbook that allows this type of changes.
Something like: if X skill set is equipped primary, grant X skill set like a bonus.
Please tell me that is possible!

I start to think that Mobius wakes up in the morning and simply defecates awesome portraits in to his Pc, instead of go to the bathroom and shits like normal people do.
How can somebody be so talented and so prolific at the same time?

Thanks for the quick response, Tiffany.

I was guessing that ARH could be changed to allow these skill sets requirements. But i wasn't thinking in the skill number limitation per unit.
I believe it may still be possible with a limited number of skills as you said. (about 10 per skill set) So 3 skill sets = 30 skills (+move, attack, etc)
Or maybe i misunderstand you, and can't be possible to have 3 skill sets at a time on a unit?   ¿(o.0)?

The thing is i thought (in my ignorance about hackings) that this addition (skill set requirements) can be applied to ARH without a lot of work.

P.S: ((((Excuse me for the abuse of parenthesis in my posts))))    (o_o)

EDIT: i forgot some very important. I have to say: Thanks for ARH !!!
The fact that i am here annoying people with this questions, doesn't means i am not appreciating the big work thats makes ARH one of the most useful tools for adding creativity to skills customizations. So don't blame me, please!

Is possible to make that ARH works with skill sets instead of abilities?

I actually want an ASM that add an innate (EXTRA) skill set to an specified job. Example:
thiefs with innate throw, but conserves steal; knights with innate charge, but conserves battle skill, etc.

If ARH could make that skill sets have a job requirement, we can achieve this using hacks like "throw innate all" and then adding to throw "requires Job = thief"
ALMA also can add innates skill sets to all jobs, i only need a requirement hack for them so i can decide which job allows which skill set.

Like i don't know a thing about hacking stuff, maybe all this can be harder than i think.
If this is the case, i only want that somebody tells me, so i can remove this idea from my mind.

Looks that you have a well-thought story planned for this characters. Even the names sounds cool.
If you are working in a patch, i am sure that it will be great. (at least in storyline and spriting)

I only log in to praise Mobius. What an incredible work!  :wark: :wark: :wark:

He combines the high technical quality proper of a machine with the finesse and sensibility of an artist.
I wish to be half as good as him.   :(

P.S: Have some of these portraits its corresponding sprites?

Conman, Elric and Kagebungi; I ought to thank you for cheering up. You can count that i will finish the female too.
Like i said before, only need the time for it.

About the portraits: I can try with the female (using the mime one for reference), but the male is more harder for me.
I failed to get a good result for it. Can somebody make a try on it?

Finally, i managed to fulfill the concept: Mime mask + anbu style + long badass hair   (^_^)
Its kinda hard to do , but i like it, so is a time issue to get it done.

Well, i have an small preview of a maybe female version.
Actually, i don't have the motivation for work in it right now, but anyway, here it is.

P.S: The mimic mask is the winer here, i think the other heads are small in gameplay.

P.P.S: About the male portrait, i don't have any references to resort. So i guess is a work for someone better than me.

Hi Conman!

I always pay attention to this type of sprite. I mean, it has at least an important part made from scratch.  d(º_º)

For now, this strange guy is looking good. But i highly recommend to use all the 16 colors of your palette. Only a few spriters on this forum managed a good result with less than that.

I add a bmp with a suggestion of how to use that unused gold, and also you can see your complete palette.

I am a fan of your work since the demo thing. That beginning with the encounter between Cloud and Sephirot (Amazing) and the Dante's fight against those monsters (incredible) was very promissing. But you went much more far whit all this titanic work. I mean, all this thing is the result of months of work!

I bow before your dedication, guys. And i can say that it was worth.

Now i understand, what happens is that "black ram" is "black sheep" in my version of the game.
That's for what i not associated the term with Delita. (^-^)
