If I wanted to change the text of an already existing event how would I do so?

For instance, I replaced Reis with Aerith and was wanting to remove all of the mushy gushy between her and Beowulf.

I modded Balmafula as a playable character, had no problems with it, and it has always worked in the past as she has both wldface and unit taken care of by default. But now, all of a sudden, for whatever reason, she looks like Ramza in the formation menu. When I look at Shishi she still has all of her sprites, in battle, wldface and unit. All Balmafula.

What could be the reason that she looks like Ramza in the formation menu? when every time before, she has always shown perfectly fine?

Side note: I did the same with Olan, he is working perfectly fine.

SOLVED: I fixed it by changing formation sprites in the Arc Witch class.

Okay, so I've looked all over the forums and I can't find anything to solve my issues. All of the spriting tutorials I see are related to before Shishi added the new all-in-one features so that it can all be done in app, and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

I'm trying to change Cloud to his Advent Children sprite, for instance, but every time I try to change the wldface or unit.bin, it always tells me that the sprite/bmp are not the correct size, or the correct dimensions, or the index is out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

So I try looking through the forum for help, but I can't find any relating to how to do it through Shishi, and I can never get it to work. The in battle sprite works fine, but the portrait and everything won't change.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have a slew of sprites I want to change but can't seem to get it to work.
