Title: More than 16 character in formation?

Is it possible to have have more than 16 character in the formation?

I don't want to delete special unit from my formation..

Look for the party roster hack. Itll bring the cap to 20. But it uses the guest slots so i wouldnt reccommend it. So i guess the short answer to your question would be no.
