I'm editing the single skill, I want to just make it into a 1 Effect AoE PA boost for allies only (to make mediator a bit better). Every time I use the skill in game it just stays as the normal Negotiate and I need help fixing it.
Try changing the formula in FFTPatcher if you haven't already.
Yep, formula is changed to +PA formula. I will try just cloning accumulate and see if it works.
sounds like the patch isn't getting applied for some reason. If you happen to be trying to use a savestate, the emulator reloads old memory, so the new changes won't be in unless you go through the new game or continue.. etc.
