Sorry, I hadn't seen this question earlier. You can use them in the PSP version, but you need a special version of Shishi, which I can get for you later tonight. :)

You just open your ISO with Shishi and replace sprites from there.

I just downloaded it. Do i need a save file to use this thing? And also how can i make a Sephiroth sprite?

No, you don't need a save file, just the ISO. As for making a sprite, check the Tutorials and Spriting boards.

I have an old save file at final dungeon. Can i add in new sprite into this save?

And also i  only have the CSO of FFT no ISO how can i convert it into ISO?

A CSO should be fine. Just open it in Shishi and replace the sprites.

I open the shishi but i cannot do anything... Did i miss anything?

did you hit open iso? cso may not work. i dunno if shishi will recognize the compressed iso format
so you may need to uncompress it before making your edits
