Title: The New Search Engine
Post by: skiploom188 on November 27, 2012, 10:02:18 am
This has been like this for quite some time now, I thought I'd bring up this issue here.

So I have here my 8 year old pc with its 1024x768 monitor. Weird thing is that when it shows Google, it... uhhh, lemme just show it to you guys.

Do you have any idea why do you think this happens?

Oh, and if you had keen eyes, you may have noticed what i searched in the wiki the last time. They said they are now working on fast and furious six. To be released next year.

OMG 8-year old PC. You beat my 5-year old laptop. :D
What's wrong with it? You get redirected to Google Philippines!? Nah xD

Dunno, have you tried inspecting that image? It looks cropped. Have you tried different resolutions or browsers?

Both Firefox and Chrome suck, but they suck less than everything else.

I'm pretty much even on how much I hate those two. They suck in different ways.

8 years, believe it.
Yup, I'm a Filipino.
When I right click on it, I can't save it as image so no use there. Oh, and 1024x768 is the biggest resolution available.

I'm from the Phils man :D And if you are too, then you can understand this:
"Hindi nila naiintindihan ang sinulat ko dito."

I have this attachment to Firefox for some reason. Can't get away from it.

Thanks for the concern. But it isn't really that big a deal :D I find it funny, "Goog", sounds like that "Machine City" in FFT.

Uh, can I ask, where exactly in the Philippines?

So that's 6 hours away from Naga City. Never really expected to have members here of the same nationality as mine 0_0

I think the problem is the resolution being too small. Because I've tried using Google on a 1920x1080 monitor, and it shows the logo just fine.

BONIFACIO DAY!!!

I've searched Goog about that. And they said Opera is much faster, but it uses more memory(CPU Usage) when compared to Mozilla. It didn't compare Chrome, so I don't know about that.

I just found out that Chrome trumps other browsers in terms of memory efficiency after opening 40 tabs, and IE trumps everythingwhen only a single tab is opened. So imma switch to IE when playing a browser game.
