Title: How can I change spell effects in the wotl ?

I did it for the psx with celda's tutorial but it won't work for wotl . I am trying to change Midgarsorom to not have the monster and make the whole effect blue .

WotL's files are kind of odd, so I don't even think it's possible at this time.

Wow thanks is it possible to use the asm hacks with the patcher on the wotl they seem to work on the psx but not psp .
