Title: Creating a Character
Post by: KojinMacJorn on May 22, 2012, 11:44:41 pm
Well... I was directed here by the Gamefaq.com Forum, and considering this is the help section, I'd like to make a request? If this is the wrong area, please feel free to move it ^-^

I tried to do it myself... and failed... miserably. Hard. Like... really hard. Would anyone mind giving me a hand creating a Custom Character please? I will give you the requirements I wish:

Character: Celia
Job: Assassin
Secondary Job: Guts (Ramza Chapter 4)
Inherent Abilities: Maintenance, Ignore Height, Speed Save

For the Character Palate, I would like it if Celia's Model shows up in battle and on the formation screen. If it's possible to get Celia's character picture in battle and on the formation screen, I'd also appreciate it.

I used to be able to do this stuff... and utterly forgot it all. Fail me, yes?

You can use the job ''2D Assassin'' that has the Celia sprite.

- For Maintenance, Ignore Height, Speed Save only put the abilities in innate in her job with FFTPatcher.
- If you want to put the skillset Guts innate on her job Assassin, put with FFTPatcher innate a blank ability (like the ability 01BB, between Counter and Distribute). Then open ALMA 4 (Download here: http://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=6664.0 ), and select ''skillsets'' and  in ''flag'' put the blank ability and in ''skillset'' put guts.
- For Celia's Model shows up in battle and on the formation, you need import a celia sprites using this tutorial:http://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=6702.0 and then use this hack that allows use the job 2D with the formation sprite that you want: http://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=7833.0

Actually... I'm not using an Emulator.  I'm using an actual gameshark for it.  ^^" Sorry, I should have been more specific.
