Photoshop, your on your own.. If you really want it you can get it.

I recommend photoshop.. it has better keyboard shortcuts and everything. You'll want Graphics Gale for the final steps (applying the portrait and for it's compatability with Palette editor) but seek PS portable on any internet search and see what you find.
