Title: how do i modify rsm abilities? i am hacking psp version

and i see empty slots for each of rsm abilities in the abilities tab in the patcher but when i select them there is nothing to edit... please help, thanks!

You'll need ASM to edit these.

are there any asm tools that work with psp or do i have to do it manually? thanks!

Manual edits because each counter effect is coded in ASM, and doesn't rely on a bit table (like ability flags), which would be easier to modify.
