i go to new patch and also i see is "new psp patch" it doesnt say where i can add 1.3 to the patcher and just edit it. helppp pleasee !!!

You need to open the patched ISO with the Patcher, not make a new patch.

The process is the same. Hook your PSP up to your computer, and open the ISO/CSO with the Patcher. Open the Patcher -> PSP tab -> Open Patched ISO.

when i click psp all i seee is patch warof the liosn iso , geneate cheat , and utilities
