When you are attempting to complete another person's work (even if you are trying to make it look like you are starting brand new) please state that, rather than take all the credit for yourself.

this is a new sprite youre making? thats fascinating.... i've seen a remarkably similar looking sprite that was made and submitted well over a year ago....

funny, its almost like the "infinite number of monkeys on an infinite number of typewriters" bit.... except i think if somebody turned up with the complete works of Shakespeare, people would just accuse them of plagiarism, instead of thinking it possible someone made an *identical* work that was also submitted to this site..... quite the interesting "new" sprite, especially for someone brand new to the forums
im using another portrait but yes i am copying the sprite but at least im not copying the portrait from the one who make the sprite

Fuck yes, portrait by Japanese and sprite by Seushiro. Where is your part in this? Btw, you could just paste this portrait over Seushiro's original version, thi still doesn't earn you a credit though.
At least finish the spritesheet, I still see some parts of Ramza. This remind me the guy who told us that he did the Dissisdia's paladin and it was just a fucking copy-paste from a jap artwork.
There is nothing new about this, you are basically wasting your time and stealing someones work.
Well, I'm not going to get all over your case about this.
However, generally if you want to edit something someone has make a post like this:
"(spriteNAME) Edit"
say who's sprite is or at least where you got it from
same goes for the portrait
don't say NEW <<< unless it IS NEW
What you do from here on is up to you, but as you can see many people are kind of annoyed atm. I would at least apologize and make the corrections I stated and bring something new to the table concerning the sprite edit.
No one is saying you can't edit the sprite just be considerate of other people's work.
