Title: Proper spoiler tags?

I was going to submit an idea but I was having trouble with the spoiler tags. What is the proper format?

It's just [ spoiler] (insert stuff here) [ /spoiler]. :)

(Without the spaces in the brackets).

or if you want to have the spoiler tab not say spoiler, you put [ spoiler= insert text here] [/spoiler]
