I tried using Ganesha Map Editor, and it didn't work.
I have Python 2.7, is there something else I need to run it?
or is there a better Map Editor?

Windows .NET framework 3.5, which only works if you install all the way from .NET 2.0.

Sorry I'm more of a Linux user.
Windows is my alt computer.
So I know not much of Windows.

Whats .NET?

Some thing that .NET based programs need in order to run. For more info use google and look fir the official site.
