FFTP is an FFTPatcher file. You don't convert to get a FFTP.

Patch an iso, and then use FFTPatcher. Click the PSX tab and click "Open patched iso" on the iso you patched with a PPF. Then, you can save this information inder the File option as a FFTP file. You can then apply the FFTP file to another game or patch, and it will simply change anything changable with FFTPatcher; which is enemies in battle, items, skills etc. FFTP files won't change everything like graphics or text though, other programs need to do that.

How do we apply the FFTP file to a patch? I made the changes using FFTPatcher, saved to get the FFTP file, now how to apply that file to the ISO or Patch?? Thanks! I followed your first 5 steps or so... then got stuck on this one.
