Title: NOTICE: Posts in General no longer increase post count!

See topic title. This means that only posts directly relating to projects or hacking will count towards your post count. It really doesn't matter what your post count is, but at least this will (hopefully) steer people to posting in relevant threads now throughout the site, rather than just in General/Spam.
