Hey guys, I'm new so forgive me if this is a noob question but I've gone through the tutorials and forums and haven't been able to figure it out:
How do you change the sprites of characters in the formation screen? I have the latest sprite editor that comes with the latest FFTpatcher, and both work like charms, but the tutorial for this must be for an older version of the sprite editor. Help?
Formation screen sprites aren't affected by any changes you make in Shishi (the sprite viewer that came with the Patcher), so you have to manually replace them in Unit.bin/Wldface.bin. That said, I personally don't know how, but there are plenty of those here who do, so it shouldn't be too long before you get an answer.

Thanks! Yeah I understand it's a bit harder to pull off. I've always wanted to playthrough the whole game with badass characters and this site how shown me how to do that, I flipped when I found this. I've revamped my bard class to basically make it a dark knight class (chose bard because you don't find enemy bards) but it would be a bit unsettling going from a DK in battle to a lame looking bard in the formation screen.
