I do this by editing a character and the following occurred

and wonder why it was so the image? with these defects?
I used the photo shop as seen in a video and simply changed the character's head is nothing more ... can you help me please?
I have no idea how you managed to do this magic... Try selecting some unused color on palette(Graphics Gale is very noob-friendly, I am sure you know how to do this), then make this color white, and use flood fill to make the background white. If done properly, every square-like objects on sprite(like the one you have on those two first frames) will be visible. Just flood fill those squares into white color, and change background back to black. It might sound complicated, but it is plain easy. As to those first two frames getting so messed, I dunno, some kind of magic you did...
Wait, Zelk... I saw a MITCHI in your sprite sheet...
You wouldn't by any chance go by Mitchi would you?
It is a sprite based on MikeMitchi's work. Someone just didn't erase the sig on the sheet.
Oh, I know a Mitchi IRL who is obsessed with sprites... Oh well.
