I really like Final Fantasy Tactics on PSX and game with gameshark

could you tell me how does it work?
if you play on the PSX or PC

gameshark is a CD for PSX that there are several types of codes
these codes you get from the Internet and gaming magazines (hardly)

have codes that change the class, the main character, their professions ...
example: Ramza's squire and changes with the gameshark for holy knight

I don't know exactly how to play with you, how to download patches, updates modified episodes.

And I don't know how to download final fantasy tactics for my computer (my computer is windows 7 ultimate 160 gig HD and RAM 2 gig)

You have to have the original FFT playstation disk and then make an ISO of it using one of the ISO maker programs. I use ISO Buster. Then you download an emulator like EPSXE. That's what you play the game on.  FFTPatcher is a great utility to modify jobs, abilities, items, and many other things.

For patches, you have to downoad ppf-o-matic and the patch you want to apply. Of course you first have to have your ISO before worrying about patching.

If you just want to use gameshark codes, you can download psx emulation cheater. You can probably find it on google.

there is a way, but we cannot provide.  The internet can, however.

to download patches, there are downloads on the main page of this website with patches and instructions

to edit fft, you download utilities from the main page -- fftpatcher, for example, is the main thing for most patches -- and you make changes to your game

yes.  it's downloadable

You can also gameshark it, extensively, with easier input, in addition to playing the patches and the original game as desired.

Gameshark isn't as fun though. You are getting something that isn't permanent. With patching, as long as you have the patched ISO, it will never change, because it actually changes the data in the ISO.

We can't give you a direct link to a FFT ISO, but you can Google it.

Basically, a FFT ISO is FFT's data, just not on a disc. Using an emulator, you can play the ISO on your computer as if you were playing it on a Playstation. Also, with the tools we have now, there's no need for you to rely on Gameshark codes. You can just open your ISO in the FFTPatcher, and make the edits there without need of codes.

Well, it depends. If you want an emulator that's pretty much right out of the box, get pSXfin. If, however, you want better graphics, and want to mess around with graphic plugins and such, get ePSXe. Although it's harder to setup, ePSXe is better because it can fast-forward faster than pSXfin, and can accept more common memory card files.

The BIOS is the file your emulator needs to play the games. I linked you to the Google search for it. Simply search through the results and you'll find it.

Also, I'm not sure what the problem is with your other error.

OK, you need to download the ISO, which you saw at emuparadise. Download it, then run the file in pSXfin.

OK, I -think- you want to use 7zip to unzip the .7z file. From there, you should have a .bin, .iso, or .img file. From there, go to Arquivo, then Run ISO (or whatever that is in Portuguese), and select the .bin, .iso, or the .img file.

are compression formats, so files take less time to download.

You are going to want to download the NTSC-U version.  It is a *.rar file.  You uncompress it with Winrar.

download and install the pakkISO 0.4

run it, use the "unpack iso" (maybe unpakk?) option, and select the 464 MB .ecm file.  It should turn into just a .bin file, which can be opened with your emulator

For future reference, try to only download ISOs that are already in .rar or .7z format. Then you just unzip the folder, and you can play it immediately. Saves a lot of time.

and i try do run into psxfin and worked

the "iso" is technically all 3 of those files, but literally it's that 528 MB file.  Unzip it.

Those 3 or 4 letters after the file name, like .ccd or .sub.  That large file is oddly blank.  What is that file's extension?
