I'm pretty new around here, and I downloaded a patch. It came out as a psv file..... every patcher I've downloaded seems to only want fftpatch files so I was wondering if there was a patcher for psv files?

Uh, psv is a savestate for the pSX emulator. Where did you find this?

Also, the Help board is there for a reason. Post questions like this there.
