ok so i replaced all 3 of ramza's sprites and even changed him in the formation screen and all that but when in event scenes, in certain stances he beocomes a distorted veriosn of his pervious sprite. whats up with that? can it be fixed?

You'll also have to replace all Ramza's animations in the EVTCHR.BIN file. This will be very tedious because he is the main character and appears in many of the games events. If you search through the forums, you'll find a program that makes editing EVTCHR.BIN easier. I hope this helps.

Here it is. Before you can use this, you have to extract the EVTCHR.BIN file from the Event folder in you FFT ISO.

when i open the program and select the extracted evtchr.bin file, nothing happens :/

I forgot to mention that you also have to extract BATTLE.BIN in order for the program to work. Sorry.
