Title: Arch Seraph bug

Well, in summary, when moves via his innate Master Teleportation and lands down to the spot he wants, it always do the ability graphic effect that I applied to the unknown skill right down after Reflect. So I thought the modification of that certain skill is affecting the way Arch Seraph moves so I revert it back to its defaults. By then it still does the same thing and everytime he lands, the game stops there but not completely stop, its just the AI would not do anymore action. I can still move around the camera so I could not say it froze. What could be a resolution to this?

Playing the original ISO is nonsense 'cause I'm pretty sure it will go smoothly as it is.

I think you should just change Altima 2's movement to Teleport 2. Teleport 3 is probably rather unstable if you've messed with it at all in the past in the patcher.

Well, at least someone is generous to answer. I figured it out and it seems Teleport 3: Arrive works fine, as well as my skill does the same.
