Program as in events? Zodiac is working on that (an Event Editor) or you could use the Event Decompiler if you want to change something this minute. Or do you mean that you want to change other things? My answer is that you download everything that this site has to offer: FFTactText, FFTEVGRP, FFTPatcher (which makes most people happy alone), ShishiSpriteEditor, FFTOrgASM (which also makes alotta people happy on its own), ppf-o-matic3 (or higher if there are newer versions), palette editor, CDMage and anything else you can find, like GraphicsGale. what.... exactly do you want to do?
I think he wants to learn to make program like FTTpatcher, event editor, and stuff.
