Uh, your question is sorta weird tbh. You mean can you change one event to another one that already exists? If so, yeah, but you should probably read the whole tutorial on it, because questions like this lead to more questions...

what I mean If had on events example fight againts him would change later cutscenes to difrent ones. meant that.

Yes.

Somewhere between world instructions and the attack.out editor, you can trigger a different cutscene (e.g) at Igros on whether or not you chose to Save Algus.  In fact you can create an entire branched storylines, or simply have different event outcomes that keep synching back into the next choice.
