Uhhh... broke much? I guess if you're just messing around it's alright. Now if you plan on fighting it, that would be a hard fight. I would really hate to fight that guy though. It's just the instant crystallizing move that bugs me. Would the AI use that move? Either way it would be pretty cheap. There is no counter to crystalization, even if the hit chance is low. 30's?! Way too high for an instant-death-nothing-you-can-do-about-it move.
If you get rid of the crystallization move it would be a ton more balanced, even for normal gameplay. But if you're just messing around then whatever XD, looks cool.

probaly lower the X value all the way to 1 to make it like 10% or less
success or remove it completely XD.
The crystal move is an unbalanceable skill. What could you possibly do? Turn it into a 10% Hail Mary? It's a write-off.
Do you even know how significant the Y part of the 2D formula is? 10? 100!?! WHAT! Lightning Stab used to have a Y of 4 and the damage was insane. What is the point of Seraphic Lore dispeling status when everything it hits will be reduced to a smouldering pile of cigarette ash?
You need to provide more context. Do you want the character to be some sort of broken super boss? If so, proceed. If you actually want to create a tenable, balanced class for the player to use, think again.

ok so Seraphic Lore is Y = 1. Much better. Now it is only overpowered rather than broken.
5% crystal? Forget this move please. There's nothing you can do to make this a balanced skill.
also I just noticed your Divine Infusion has a Y of 3. THIS IS BROKEN.

why is it that whenever someone gets on with a class, it's so hax it makes orlandu look like a male calculator w/o math skill?
