Hey guys ... This is something I've been wondering if it's possible ... for quite some time now. Is it possible to "extend / edit" the .iso so you can add more party slots? One of the things I love about FFT is the enormous cast of characters ( NPCs, Bosses, wathever ), it's a shame you can't add them all with the party limit.

No. We can't currently do that yet. Party members + Guests are capped at 20; party members are capped at 16.
Do you ever actually get 4 guests at any point in the game? I can only think of a moment when you get up to three. Agrias, Ovelia, and Gafgarion, but Delita fights on your side at the waterfall. Does he actually take up the forth slot?

He does not take up a slot.
Ovelia is also there.
