For Firefox users.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865 (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865)

1) Install this addon
2) Right Click Dome's avatar
3) Click on Adblock image...
4) Click on custom
5) Click on Add filter

And done. You will never have to see that avatar ever again!

You probably blocked all images on FFH. You need to click on custom after Block image so it only blocks that one specific image.
