I like sonic but not a big fan of him.
BUT i must say this particular game is great. The bosses was a bit too easy to my liking but nothing to prevent me form having fun playing it.
Too bad the new sonic games has the gameplay fuc*ed up. Sonic unleshed is just lame. The way there cut you out of the gameplay to get 5-10 min of *Movie*...Ok for RPG's but for Sonic? Fail.

Pretty much the same as SolidSnake, besides the fact that I used to be a really big StH fan. The sidescrolling games are great fun, but 3D Sonic isn't SO bad. For me, Sonic Adventure 2 was by far the best 3D Sonic game out there. Sonic Heroes? That plus Shadow the Hedgehog (which I got at around the same time) made me want to commit hara kiri. -_-;

That's not an easter egg. That's your reward for beating the level under 30 seconds.
It still exists in Sonic 2.
Now the REAL easter egg is that large sum of points you get if you beat the level at 9:59

I liked Sonic 3 and Knuckles better.
