Okay, so I play WotL very, very often...and I'm trying to change (replace) in-game sprites, personally I don't have the foggiest idea out there how to do this, but I'm sure someone else does, and well, I'd reallyyy love to learn.
Basically what I've gotten on my own thus far is this, rip the UMD to make an ISO, load the ISO on Shishi Sprite Editor, then download custom sprites from here and replace FFT orginal ones via Shishi. However I loaded up the ISO from my PSP (It's V1.3 but it's not like it makes a whole lot of differance.) My spirites in-game haven't changed at all but then I load it back up on Shishi, and well the custom ones are there...what am I missing X.x.
*Sighs* This stuff is so very hectic.
Did you enter a battle?
I did not, perhaps that would be the reason why, lemme test it and I will get back to you! ^.^
Huzzah! It works! That is like the best thing evah!
-When I downloaded the skeleton custom sprite, in shishi I could not place it over the orginal due to not having enough bytes, is there anyway to change this? 5 Skeletons is much better than 3.
-In addition, shishi does not have sprites like Miluda in it's database so thus how do I find her to replace her with the new updated version?
Again thank you so very much for your timely assistance.
Miluda is just a female knight with an alternate portrait.
Dunno why the custom skeleton wouldn't work.
This is a bit late of a post..
But you can replace one of the other sprites (preferably one that's not used so much) and replace it with the Miluda sprite ^^..
It should work..Though don't be surprised if you see 'Miluda' later on..(depending on the sprite you replaced)
